H. S. WYSE - Will - Probated December Term (no year given) Minute Book F page 287 I, H. S. WYSE do make and publish this my last Will and testimony... Mentions: To my beloved Daughter ZILPHA A BAIRD the benefits and controll of the following described tract of land (will contains a description of land) in the 10th District of Crockett County Tennessee... bought from J. L. POSTON... containing 82 acres more or less, Now at the death of the aforesaid ZILPHA A. BAIRD, if she leaves any bodily heirs, the title of the above described land - it to be vest in them - but in case she should leave no bodily heirs, then ... the land, the proceeds thereof be divided equally between my living heirs. I do direct that the said ZILPHA A. BAIRD is to have possession of said land the next year following my death. To my beloved Daughter DORA A. POSTON, the following described tract of land (will contains a description of land)... containing 65 acres more or less. My beloved wife D. A. WYSE, to have the benefits and controll of the above land during her life or widowhood and at her death the said DORA A. POSTON or if she be dead her heirs have possession of said in fee simple. Also to wife, described personal property... To my beloved son JAMES B. WYSE the benefits and control of the following described land (will contains a description of land)... in the above named District County... Executor: My friend S. G. BOOTH
