The last & Testament of DAVIS WORRELL In the name of God amen.

I DAVIS WORRELL of the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee... do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament...

1st. I direct and it is my will that my daughter ALABAMA WORRELL shall have the home place upon which I now live... bounded on the north by STARKIE HARRELL and land of HOLLIDY FIFE on the East by JOE EDWARDS on the west by W. L. DRAKE and on the south the lane now running through my land and contains about Fifty acres. Also one bed and bedstead and necesary bed clothing and also One Hundred and Fifty Dollars to be paid to her by my executor with which to purchase a horse at such time prior to 18 years of age as the executor may deem advisable the executor is directed to set apart to the ALABAMA and Expend upon her for her education the sum of Three Hundred Dollars... and any money which I may die siezed and possessed above this amount she will share and share alike with my children hereinafter provided for.

2d. I direct that my son ROBERT shall have one horse one bed and bedstead and neccary clothing provided I do not give him said articles previous to my death and also Fifty Dollars in Money.

3d. I give and bequeath to my son A. HOLLADAY WORRELL one Hundred Dollars and this is all he is to have.

4th. I give and bequeath to my daughter JERUSHA? MAHON? Ten Dollars only.

5th ...all my lands not herein bequeathed shall be equally divided among my children as follows... J.R. W.T. CHARLES JOE and ROBERT WORRELL and JANE HARRELL N. A. SMITH and FLORADA YEARWOOD...

5th (number repeated) After all my burial expenses shall have been paid by my executor I direct that all money on hand... be equally divided among the same children named as reciving land herein and no others.

6th ... all other property shall be sold... the proceeds to be divided equally among the same children who receive land herein and no others.

7th. I hereby nominate and appoint my Son J. R. WORRELL as my executor...

In testamony whereof I have herto affixed my signature this March 23 1893.
