Will of JOHN WOODS
Probated Nov. 9, 1934

I, JOHN WOODS do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all by me at any time made.

First, I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly: I desire that my sister in law, MISS A. J. WOODSIDE have the use and benefit of my fifty acres farm in the 15th civil district Crockett County, Tenn., and bounded on the North by WATSON; West by WATSON; East by WHITE and WOODSIDE; South by WOODSIDE. It is distinctly understood that the said MISS A. J. WOODSIDE shall have the proceeds, use and benefits of the above described land during her natural life and also so long as she remains unmarried, and at her death or marriage I do hereby bequeath said land to my following grandchildren, namely: B. M. GREEN; HERALD GREEN, JERRELL GREEN.

Thirdly: I direct that all my personal property of whatever nature, including notes and moneys be sold and divided equally share and share alike between the following: namely: B. M. GREEN, HERALD GREEN, JERRAL GREEN and MISS A. J. WOODSIDE and in remembering MISS A. J. WOODSIDE in this connection is for the reason of her service to me as housekeeper and her many kindnesses shown me.

Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint C. E. SWEATT of Friendship, Tenn., as my executor.
