Will of R. F. WOODSIDE
Probated January 23, 1928

I, R. F. WOODSIDE of Crockett County, Tenn. do make and publish this my last will.

Item 1st. I direct that my debts be paid in full and PRENTICE WOODSIDE shall have the house & Lot on which he lives after he pays the Friendship Bank the note I am standing for him and PRENTICE shall have the 34-7/10 acres known as part of the W. A. YOUNG tract after paying NORFLEET WOODSIDE $275.00 Two hundred and seventy five Dollars without interest at the age of 21 yrs of NORFLEET WOODSIDE and OHMA WOODSIDE shall have the balance of the M. M. WOODSIDE tract of land on the north of my home tract running with JOHN WOODS S.B. line to G.T. WHITES W.B. line and one acre where he lives at this date May 17th. 1927, and AUBREY shall have 25 acres south of OHAM Land running East of C.E. SMITH and one acre north of OMAH dwelling to build on and OAKLEY shall have the Balance of my farm at the death of my wife who shall have and controll as long as her life remain and if any of my boys dies without bodily heirs they land shall go back to their brothers namely PRENTICE, OMAH, AUBREY and OAKLEY D. WOODSIDE, and WILLMA LOWERY shall have Twenty five Dollars $25.00 and NORFLEET WOODSIDE shall have $275.00 pd by PRENTICE and his land shall be held for same & my wife shall have all my personal property and at her death it shall go to OAKLEY WOODSIDE, my four boys & wife shall settle my business.
