I, F. J. WOOD of sound mind and disposing memory, declare this to be my last will and testament, revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.

Item 1. I desire my executor hereinafter named to give me a decent burial after my death as practical and place a moderate tomb stone at the head of my grave to be selected by my wife and to pay for the same and all my funeral expences out of the first money coming into his hands as executor.

Item 2. I give unto my son FRANCIS J. WOOD JR. in addition to what I have alredy given him all my stock in the Benedick Warren Davidson Co. Hardware Co. of Memphis Tenn, also a house and lot on the north side of Edwin Ave. in Lenox, about 100 feet from the electric line, should he die without an heir, said house and lot is to return to my estate.

Item 3. I give unto my daughter CARRIE WOOD HARRIS, in addition to what I have already given her a house and lot where I now reside, consisting of two acres, referance to the deed is hereby had from MRS. MOORE to me, said house and lot is in Bell's on Hicks Street, at her death said house and lot goes to her children.

Item 4. I give to my daughter MAIE WOOD one house and lot 619 Cooper, Memphis Tenn, adjacent to MR. EMINEZUR lot alsou a house and lot in Bells Tenn, adjouing the building of the Bank of Crockett, should she die without a bodily heir the same is to return to my estate.

Item 5. I give unto my beloved wife EMMA WOOD a house and lot in Lenox on Hunter Avenue known as the ANDERSON place 150 feet from the electric line, I also give her my undivided interest in a vacant lot in Bells Tenn. in front of the Baptist Church, consisting of one acre. I also give her five hundred dollars in Bank stock in the Bank of Humboldt, I also give her a lifetime interest in a house and lot on Huntler Avenue 2167 Lenox and at her death the same is to be sold and divided between my heirs, share and share alike except LELIA WOOD MONTGOMERY is to have $500.00 Five Hundred Dollars extra and CARRIE WOOD HARRIS $500.00 five Hundred Dollars extra unless the executor should have other funds to meet the demands. Should this house burn the executor is to have another built, should my wife so elect.

Item 6. It is further understood my wife is have a years support and my household and kitchen furniture as provided by the laws of Tennessee.

Item 7. I desire my Wife EMMA WOOD to be appointed guardian of my little dughter MAIE WOOD without bond.

Item 8. I give unto my son-in-law, TOM TURPIN, my illustrated New Testament and Prof. Stearns works.

Item 9. I give unto my dughter LELIA WOOD MONTGOMERY the proceeds of a vacant lot on Hunter Ave. in Lenox a 101 feet from the electric line the executor to sell the same and invest the proceeds as she may direct including also the $500.00 Five Hundred Dollars spoken of heretofore. I also give her a half acre lot lying between my residence and the residence of J. N. HICKS and at her death to her bodily heirs.

Item 10. I hereby appoint the Bank of Humboldt of Humboldt Tenn, my executor to carry out the provisions of this my last will and testament.

Item 11. I have made the division of this property under all the circumstances as near Justice as I could owing to the age of the older children and the benefits received heretofore and the little MAIE WOOD only three years old, I have tried to use no partiality. I also wish to leave my testimony of my loving and true companion EMMA WOOD, she has been a true wife in sickness and in health, since our marriage.
