Will of Elihue Williams - Dated 9 Sep 1924

I, ELIHU WILLIAMS, of the County of Crockett State of Tennessee do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all previous wills made by me.

1st I desire that all my debts, including funeral expenses be paid out of any money that may come into the hands of my executrix.

2nd I hereby appoint my wife TENNIE WILLIAMS executrix of this will waiving all necessity of bond and security as commonly required by law.
