Will of Margret Wilson - Dated 3 Mar 1921

Know all men by these present,

That I, MARGRET WILSON, of Bells Tennessee, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made.

Item 1- I give and bequeath to my husband PHIL WILSON my entire estate both real and personal, owned by me at the time of my death including all sums due me from the Government of the United States under a policy carried by my son, JOHN O. WILSON at the time of his death, for Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in which I am named as beneficiary and under which I am receiving monthly payments of $57.50; All payments which may become payable after my death I hereby give and bequeath to my said husband, PHIL WILSON father of the said JOHN O. WILSON, deceased. I nominate my said husband PHIL WILSON as Executor without bond.
