Will of MRS. MARTHA WILLETT
Probated Sept. 16, 1930

I MRS. MARTHA WILLETT, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and made void any others at any time made by me.

First: I hereby direct that all my funeral expenses and debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of the money that I may die possessed of or the first money that may come into the hand of my executor.

Secondly: I give and bequeath to LUTHER MITCHELL and JOHN MITCHELL all my personal property that I may die possessed of such as chickens, household furniture, hay, corn and wood also a pile of loose lumber this is in the upper floor of the residence that I now and have lived in for several years.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint JOHN MITCHELL my executor without giving oath or taking bond.

In witness whereof I do to this my will, set my hand, this, the third day of April 1924.
