To whom it may concern, Let all men know that while in my right mind and mentally sound, I this day Dec. 6 1910 make my last Will and Testament as follows.

That my estate is to be equally divided between my sons and daughters whom are my legal hiers as follows MARY BROCK JAMES WILKERSON SALLIE MILLER THOMAS WILKERSON WILLIAM WILKERSON RICHARD WILKERSON and CORAH JOHNSON with the understanding that the said CORAH JOHNSON is to receive as her portion or part thereof one tract of land containing fifteen acres known as a portion of the JOHN WHITAKER Tract of land which is bounded on the north by Brownsville & Eaton Road on the South by S. R. BROCK on the East by the PIPKINS farm on the West by B. & E. Road. Said Tract of land to be held by said CORAH JOHNSON through her life time & then to go to her hiers. Said land to be valued at Two hundred & fifty dollars
