I CELIA WILLIAMS of the County of Haywood and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this paper writing as my last will and testament as follows (to wit)

First I give my Brother JOHN WILLIAMS during his life possession of my home and farm and if the proceeds of same does not afford a competency for his support he shall have a sufficient amount from my moneys for said purpose.

Second I give to my friend and adopted Daughter ELLEN BURNS all my Estate that is all my Lands Note Money Stock of all kinds Household and Kitchen furniture and every thing else of whatever kind belonging to my Estate during her life after her death I will and bequeath that my Land and all other property if any belong to the Children of her Body.

Signed this the 17th day of January Eighteen hundred and seventy two 1872
