I WILLIS W. WHITAKER being of sound mind and not influenced by any one make this my last will & testament After my debts are paid. I bequeath to my beloved wife OLA WHITAKER, all of my property both Real & Personal to do with as she sees fit, as long as she lives. Then at her death, I want my home place on College Street to go to my two daughters MARY ALMA and EUNICE EDNA and the balance of my real estate to go to my four sons WILLIS LESLIE, JOSEPH NELSON, JAMES ERVIN and CHARLES ADAMS. Any other which property I possess to be equally divided among my six children or their heirs. I name my wife OLA WHITAKER as Exutrix of this will without Bond. Should she die before I do I name my son WILLIS LESLIS (as spelled in will) as the Exucetor of this will as regard to the distribution of my Property among my six children or their heirs without Bond.
