JOSEPH C. WHITAKER Will Probated Jan 2, 1942 I, JOSEPH C. WHITAKER of Crockett County Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made. I give devise and bequeath to my wife (JULIETT STOTT WHITAKER) Fifty two acre of land heired by me, from my Father estate. I give and bequeath to my wife one half interest in tract of land whereon I now live, including half interest in residence with all my personal property. I hereby nominate and appoint JULIETT STOTT WHITAKER Sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand This the fourth day of October 1928. JOSEPH C.
