Know all men by these presents that I WILLIAM W. WESSON of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee do hereby make this my last will and Testament revoking all wills, if any heretofore made by me.

First � I direct that after my death my body be dressed in plain and Neat apparel and placed in a plain neat coffin and deposited in the tomb at the burial ground at Bethesday Church.

Second I direct that my Executor to be hereafter nominated pay my funeral expenses out of the first money coming into his hands.

Thirdly I give Devise and Bequeath all my personal property to my wife ANN WESSON to have and to hold for her own use during her natural life and then sold and equally divided between my children namely JAMES H. WESSON, JOHN G. WESSON, MANDA JANE MURRAY, NANCY H. FRYE and my grand daughter FRANCIS H. OSLIN � Each one share alike that is1/5 each of the property.

Fourthly I give Devise and bequeath to my beloved wife ANN WESSON my home tract of land whereon we now live containing of about 59 � Acres and is situated in the 12th civil Dis. of Crockett County Tennessee and the same land I purchased from W. E. CURTIS to have and to hold to her own proper person during her natural life and at her death I direct that my Executor sell the same for such terms and conditions as will be deemed to the best interest and divide the proceeds arising from the same equally between my children and grand Daughter viz (names children again).

Fifthly � I would nominate and appoint B. H. HARMON of Crockett County Tennessee as my Executor with free power to sell and convey the property above named as full and complete as I could do if living and personally present.

In witness whereof I hereby sign this instrument publish and declare the same as my last will and testament. This January 28th A.D. 1881
