Last Will and Testament of N. H. WARREN Probated Dec. 21, 1949 Know all men by these presents that I the undersigned, N. H. WARREN, being of sound mind and disposing memory do this day and date, make execute, and publish, this my last Will and Testament... Mentions: Wife, MRS. N. H. WARREN Daughter, SHIRLEY WARREN Estate is to be divided equally between wife, MRS. N. H. WARREN, and daughter, SHIRLEY WARREN (consisting of land, stocks, insurance policy, Government bonds...) 150 acres, in the 11th Civil District of Crockett Co., bounded by HALL, FONES, WALKER, and LATHAM 160 acres, in the 11th Civil District of Crockett Co., bounded by WALKER, MCKNIGHT, COLE, and PEW (PUGH) 50 acres, in the 12th Civil District of Crockett Co., bounded by FONES and PEW, known as the WARREN Home Place. Executrix: MRS. N. H. WARREN.
