N. H. WARREN - Will - Probated November Term 1911 M.B. "9" P. 351 & 2 Know all men by these presents that I, N. H. WARREN of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last Will and Testament... Mentions: My beloved wife, MRS. FANNIE WARREN, a Homestead and Dower in my real estate consisting of 183 acres on my home place in District No. 11, Crockett County Tennessee... and all my personal property... and also one years support of food and clothing for herself and children. She having money of her own that I take no control, that she can have and control, and I think this an ample provision for my said wife... All this is given to her during her natural life or widowhood, after which, all this is to revert absolutely to my son called N. H. his full name is NEWTON HOWELL WARREN. To daughter, ILA WARREN, tract of land know as BOOTH LATHAM HALL & WARREN land comprising 270 acres lying in District No. 11, Crockett Co., Tenn... Also the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars... To daughter, MALLY WARREN, 151 acres of land the tract across Pond Creek in District No. 11 Crockett County Tenn bounded by BREWER, SWIFT, SIMON BROWDER and LEGGETT. Also, 33 acres tract in District No. 13 bounded by ALLEY & RIDDICK, TRAFFORD, place once belonged to H. G. WARREN. Also the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars... To son, N. H. WARREN, the reversionary interest in the 183 acres where on is the Homestead and Dower. Also four Lots in the town of Friendship. Also all of my Bank Deposits and Stock at Halls Tenn. Also all notes and accounts and other moneys. Also the Maury Iron Safe. Executor: D. C. WARREN of Halls, Tenn, the same nominated as testamentary Guardian of children. I nominate and appoint H. G. WARREN my brother as Trustee and manager of the estate of my daughter ILA as she is of feeble health and not physically able to guard her estate.

Witnesses: Codicil [transcribed in full] I, N. H. WARREN do hereby enter a codicil to my foregoing Will - and make the following changes - First, my brother H. G. WARREN having died, I want to nominate in his stead D. C. WARREN of Halls Tennessee to execute this my last will. 2nd: I have heretofore sold the 33 acres tract of land willed to my daughter MALLEY and bought what is known as the MOREN tract known as the STEPHENSON tract of land - and I give and bequeath this tract of 60 acres of land to MALLY in place of said 33 acre tract 3rd: I mean in my said Will that my son N. H. WARREN is to have all of my stock not now Willed to my wife - and I want to supercede the necessity of a sale - this includes all Machinery Hay Corn farming implements
