Will of A. F. TIPTON Probated Feb. 2, 1934 In the present of these witness I FRANK TIPTON with my own free will and write mind do this day will to my wife MARGET MARIE TIPTON all of my persnel propty to use as she sees proper after my debts are pade and my land to have and to hold and use werent it other wise use as she seas proper during her life and after her deth to be sold and the proceeds divided ekley between my children in the event LORANCE dyes before this will is wound up I ask for his part to be devided between his aires. I have made this will in good faith and ask it to be cared out to a letter. Now this is my last and only will and I make my son J. D. TIPTON Excutor without bond. this September 22 in the year of Hour Lord 1923. Witness my hand. A. F. TIPTON
