I, ANDREW THOMPSON, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time made.

First: To my beloved wife SARAH THOMPSON I give, devise and bequeath 30 acres of my home place situated in the 6th district of Crockett County. Being the land on which I now live. The thirty acres above devised to my wife being the 20 acres I bought of DAVE WILLIAMS and the ten (10) acres I purchased of RUFE RANDOLPH.

Second: I give and bequeath to my said Wife SARAH THOMPSON, all of my personal property owned at the time of my death.

Third: To my daughter HETTIE GREEN, I give, bequeath and devise, for and during life, and at her death to her children then living and, the descendents of any child who has died leaving heirs, the remainder of my home tract of land. to her sole and separate use free from the control of her present or any future husband.

That is to say my wife takes 30 acres of said tract absolutely. And my said daughter takes the remainder of the tract supposed to be 30 acres for and during her file free from the control of her husband. And at the death of my said daughter HETTIE GREEN, said 30 acres is to go to her children and the descendants of any child or children who has died leaving heirs.

I, nominate and appoint my wife SARAH THOMPSON Executrix of this my last will and testament without bond.

Witness my hand this the 9th day of April 1917.
