D. H. THOMAS - Will - Probated March 18th 1895 Minute [Book] F page 345 I, DAVID H. THOMAS of the County of Crockett in the State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament... Mentions: Wife, EMMA N. THOMAS, to have all property, of every kind, both real and personal... And in addition to this she is to have and ample year's allowance set apart for herself and family including all children under sixteen. Four children, W. N. THOMAS, M. E. THOMAS, E. P. THOMAS, and the youngest (under age 16), D. H. THOMAS JR. Executor and Testamentary Guardian: DR. JNO. H. THOMAS Should DR. JNO H. THOMAS fail to qualify as such Executor, or in the event of his death or resignation, then I nominate and appoint S. G. PARKER of Dyersburg, Executor and Testamentary Guardian...
