Will of Sarah Francis Taylor - Dated 26 Dec 1929

Will of MRS. S. F. TAYLOR
Probated Aug. 28, 1934

Know all men by these presents; that I, SARAH FRANCIS TAYLOR, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all others heretofore made by me.

I. It is my will that the real estate that I inherited from my father be sold and the proceeds divided as directed in his will and is not to affect any other property I may have at my death.

II. I will give and bequeath and devise to my son THOAS POWELL; and daughters LOU FINCH; BESSIE FREEMAN; and LONIE JETTON all my money, notes bonds accounts chosen in action that I may have on hand at my death to be equally devided between THOMAS POWELL; BESSIE FREEMAN; LOU FINCH and LONNIE JETTON; I purposely leave out my daughter URMA AVERY for reasons best known to myself and also AMOS KAIL and RICHARD TAYLOR and MILDRED TAYLOR and will then nothing in this paragraph for which I have good reasons.

III. I want my household goods and kitchen furnature including every article to be equally divided among and between my son THOMAS POWELL; LOU FINCH; BESSIE FREEMAN; and LONIE JETTON, share and share alike; but URMA AVERY is not to have any thing under this section.

IV. I give my watch to my daughter LOU FINCH; URMA AVERY, AMOS KAIL RICHARD TAYLOR and MILDRED TAYLOR one dollar each and that is all.

V. It will be seen that I have left my daughter URMA AVERY out in the division of my property, which is done on purpose, for the reason of her and her husbands treatment of me after my husband died.

I nominate and appoint VALLIE FINCH my executor to this will, and if he declines than I appoint my son THOMAS POWELL as executor and that W. F. POSTON to be his council and advisor.

Given under my hand and seal this the 26th day of December 1929.
