I, J. K. STALLINGS do make and publish this, as my last will and testament hereby revoking and maiking void all others by me at any time made. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts, be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my father NOAH STALLINGS one third of my entire estate to my mother POLINA STALLINGS one third of my entire estate and to my sister MRS. C. JANE KENTON one third of my entire estate and at the death of my father NOAH STALLINGS and my mother POLINA STALLINGS I wish the property then in their possession to be equally divided between my brothers and sisters - Lastly I do here by nominate and appoint P. B. NANCE my Executor.

In witness wherof I do to this, my will set my hand this the 12th day of May, 1886.
