In the name of God Amen I G. W. SMOTHERS of the State of Tennessee and County of Crockett being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First I order and direct my Executors as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all my debts dues and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease.

2 second and after all my debts are satisfied the property left to be equally devided between my heirs.

Third I hereby nominate and appoint my sons N. D. SMOTHERS and J. F. SMOTHERS to be my Executors.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the 10 day of January 1885
