Will of C. E. SMITH Probated Oct. 23, 1940 I, C. E. SMITH of Crockett Co. Tenn. do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me. 1. I direct EMMETT SMITH my son shall have all of my real estate and Personal Property, Provided he takes car of (ROSA) my wife and me as long as either one of us lives. 2. I also direct him to Pay EDNA my daughter the sum of Fifty dollars ($50.00) a year for four years making a sum of two hundred ($200.00) dollars, that being her share without bond. 3. I appoint my son EMMITT to be the executor of this will. This the 12th day of Dec. 1938 C. E. SMITH
