Cornelia Smiths will Probated October Term 1874 See Minute Book A page 498 I CORNELIA SMITH of the County of Crockett State of Tennessee wife of JOHN T. SMITH do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore. Mentions: I give and bequeath, my undivided interest in the real Estate of my Father D. V. AVERRY decd to my husband JOHN T. SMITH. Also... my interest in the divided and undivided moneys coming to me from the Estate of my father the said D. V. AVERRY dec... also my entire interest in the remaining undivided property of said Estate not herein specified. Executor: Esteemed neighbor and friend S. G.
