Will of T. N. SKELTON
Probated July 14, 1930

I, THOMAS N. SKELTON of Alamo, Tennessee, being sound in mind, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all others heretofore made by me.

I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay my funeral expenses and just debts out of the first money that comes into her hands.

Second - I give, will and bequeath and devise to DOROTHY NOEL KIRK the daughter of my foster daughter MRS. MAY KIRK, one thousand dollars in money. To be paid to her by my executrix.

Third - I give, will, bequeath and devise to my foster daughter, MRS. MAY KIRK all of the remainder of my property both real and personal, money, notes, bonds, warrants and chosens in action for her sole and separate use.

I hereby appoint my said foster daughter MRS. MAY KIRK, executrix of this my last will and testament, having full faith and confidence in her bond and oath to the same is waived.
