F. G. SHERROD Will Probated Nov. 20 1905 M. B. "8" Page 569 (Crockett Co., TN) State of Tennessee Madison County Know all men by these presents that I FELLIX GRUNDY SHERROD, being being of sound mind and disposing memory, hereby revoking all former wills that I may have made, do in the presence of God make this my last will and testament. 1st I will and bequeath to MRS. LOU GENIE SHERROD, my beloved wife all my property both real & personal that I may be possessed at my death and especially all that is now on hand my three head of horses my plow tools and farming tools and all my books and accounts of every description. 2d I appoint my wife Executrix of this my last will and testament and do not require her to give any bond to execute the same. 3d At my death my executrix is to take charge of all my property, and first pay all my Just debts including my burial expences, And all the rest of my property.
