Will of J. W. Sawrie - Dated 28 Sep 1910

I, J. W. SAWRIE do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time made.

First. After the payment of my just debts should I owe any debts at the time of my death, I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved neice IDA C. KNOX, all of the property of which I am the owner at the time of my death, including lands, money, notes, accounts, bonds, stock, live stock and any other kinds of property belonging to me, real, personal or mixed.

Second. I appoint J. F. KNOX, husband of my said neice IDA C. KNOX, the Executor of this my last will and testament without bond.
