Will of A. Q. Sanders, Probated

Minute Book 10 Page 82.

I, A. Q. SANDERS, of Crockett County Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all others by me at any time made.

First: I give and bequeath to my daughter NELLIE MONCIER and my son JACK SANDERS all of my real estate, same being a tract of land located in the 7th civil district of Crockett County and bounded as follows: On the north by RANDLE and CONLEY, on the East by the Alamo and Crockett Mills Public Road: on the south by KAIL and on the west by GOODLOE, containing about 50 acres, same being my old home place. I further bequeath to my daughter NELLIE MONCIER and my son JACK SANDERS all of my household and kitchen furniture and my only mule, named Pete and desire that they keep and take care of him until he dies.

Second: I direct that my executor take charge of my money and pay all of my debts and after my debts are paid I do hereby give and bequeath to my sons J. W. SANDERS and J. T. SANDERS and to my daughters CORA WOODLEY, MAT CANADAY, MINNIE AIMES, MOLLIE ARNOLD and HATTIE LEWIS all of the remainder of my money to be equally divided between them after all debts are paid.

I hereby appoint my son, J. W. SANDERS executor of this my last will and testament without bond.
