Will of John Wesley Rosamon - Dated 17 Sep 1915

State of Tennessee:
Crockett County.

I, J. W. Rosamon, being of sound mind and good memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills at any time heretofore by me made.

1st. I hereby give grant and bequeath to my beloved wife M.E. Rosamon all of the personal and real Estate that I die seized and possessed of, consisting of horses, Mules, Cattle, Sheep, hogs, fowls, household and kitchen furniture, Wagons, buggies, harness, farming utensils, moneys on hand or in bank, notes, accounts, judgements, or cases in action.

2nd I hereby appoint my wife Mrs. M.E. Rosamon executrix of this will without bond to carry out the intents of this will.

3rd I desire and direct that my wife Mrs. M. E. Rosamon executrix, shall as soon as convenient after my death pay all of my just debts including doctors bill and burial expenses out of the proceeds of my personal property above mentioned .

4th My wife Mrs. M.E. Rosamon may occupy, manage and control all of my real estate as she may choose and desire during her natural life and should it become necessary in her judgement to sell off any part of my real estate at any time during her lifetime she is hereby fully authorized to sell and make title to same in as full and perfect manner as I could do if living.

5th After the death of my wife I desire and direct that my sons John H. Rosamon and W.I. Rosamon shall act as executors of this will without Bond and take charge of and Sell as in their judgement they think best either privately or publicly all of my Estate personal and real existing at that time not consumed or disposed of by my wife in her lifetime and divide the proceeds equally between all of my children or their heirs.

6th I hereby constitute my daughter in-law Mrs. Lidia Ann Rosamon widow of my son J.L. Rosamon deceased, one of my legal heirs, providing she is living and remains unmarried until the final winding up of my estate after the death of my wife, she shall share equal in my estate with my other children.

In witness whereof I hereby subscribe my name in the presence of the subscribing Witnesses Sept. 17- 1915

At the request of J.W. Rosamon, testator, who signed and acknowledged the same in our presence to be his last will and testament, we sign the same as witnesses.
