G. W. ROOKER Will Probated April Term 1898 M. B. "G" page 271 Being in my right mind and for the love and affection I have for my nephew JESSIE PAUL ROOKER I will and bequeath all of my real and personal property, consisting of the place on which I am living and some personal effects My Wife MRS. MARSH ROOKER is to have a life time right to the place as a home stead and at her death then the said JESSIE P. ROOKER has absolute right to the place to do as he see fit believing that PAUL will do right and proper in all things I leave it to him. I hereby appoint MRS. MARSH ROOKER and JESSIE P. ROOKER my Executors of this my last will without bond = Nov 26" 1897 G. W. ROOKER
