W. W. Richardson's Will probated, Aug. Term, 1917. M. B. 10" page __ Last will and testament of W. W. RICHARDSON I, W. W. RICHARDSON, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former will by me at any time Made. FIRST ITEM: To my beloved wife MINNIE N. RICHARDSON, I give, devise and bequeath, my home place in Gadsden, all my household and kitchen furnature and the proceeds of a life insurance policy of two thousand dollars carried by me in the Union Central Life Insurance Company. SECOND ITEM; To my daughter NINA YOUNG, for and during her life and at her death to go to her heirs, I give devise and bequeath a one third intrest in the W. W. WILLIAMS farm in Madison and Crockett Counties, containing three hundred acres, the CHARLES BEDFORE farm of 62 acres in the 3rd district of Crockett County, and the Brick house on Qunicny Street, in the town of Gadsden, (the two-story brick building). THIRD ITEM; To my daughter QUEETE HEGLER, I give, devise and bequeath, a one third interest in the W. W. WILLIAMS farm mentioned in the second item, for and during her life, and at her death said intrest to go to her heirs. FOURTH ITEM: I give, devise and bequeath to my son, C. W. RICHARDSON, in trust for my daughter QUEETE HEGLER, the proceeds of a life insurance policy carried by me in the Pacific Insurance Co. for two thousand dollars, The trustee is directed to pay said funds to my said daughter as follows: Ten per cent. of the amount each year until the full sum has been paid to her. FOURTH ITEM; To my son C. W. RICHARDSON, I give, devise and bequeath, a one third interest in the W. W. WILLIAMS farm above mentioned, and the two new brick buildings on Main Street in Gadsden, Tenn. FIFTH ITEM: The remainder of my property of what character soever, after my debts are settled, is to be equally devided between by three children, C. W. RICHARDSON, NINA YOUNG and QUEETE HEGLER; should either of them die before my estate is distributed, the portion of such one is to go to his or her heirs. If at the death of my wife MINNIE N. RICHARDSON, any of the property devised to her, either real or perdonal, has not been disposed of, the same is to be equally devided between my said children or their heirs if any have died. SISTH ITEM: I nominate my son C. W. RICHARDSON, as Executor of this my last will and testament.
In testimony of all of which, I hereunto set my hand this, the 20th day of December, 1913.
Signed by the said W. W. RICHARDSON, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who at his request, and in his sight and presence, have signed our names hereto as attesting witnesses the date above given.
This is my last will to be included in last will wrote by C. E. JERMAN. I want MINNIE N. RICHARDSON to have the dividend each year from Union Bank & Trust Co. and also Peoples Exchange Bank of Gadsden dividend and to have one thousand dollars in cash or goods what ever might be on hand, and at her death all of the above to be devided between the 3 children CLYDE, NINA & QUEET. I want QUEET insurance money to be placed in Merchants Bank at Humboldt Tenn.. Attest a True Copy. R. L. CONYERS Clerk |
