Know all men by these presents that I, H. RICHARDS in the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee Merchant considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make declare and publish this my last will and testament.

First I will to MINNIE ROBERTS wife of WILL ROBERTS all my land south of Jackson and Bells road and twenty $25.000. five hundred dollars in money out of my estate also one gray mare named Minnie.

Second I will ROBERT RICHARDS, GEO. RICHARDS son one $1,000 thousand dollars in money out of my estate.

Third I will to NELCE McCLAUD Col. My two gray mules named Bell & Red also wagon & harness.

Fourth I will that after all the above has been paid that the remainder of my estate be divided between my lawful heirs.

Last I do nominate and appoint my cousin J. W. EMISON to be the Executor of this my last will and testament.

This July 24th 1897
