Will of D. W. Reasons - Dated 7 Mar 1907

I D. W. REASONS of Crockett County Tenn. Widower, being in good Health and of Sound mind and Disposing memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby Revoking and making null and void any other will made or purporting to have been made by me.

First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or that may first come into The hands of my executor.

Second I give and bequeath to my Brother GEORGE REASONS, $10.00 to my Sister MARTHA HARPOOL, wife of JOHN HARPOOL, $10.00 to my Brother GREEN REASONS, $10.00 to my Brother MOSE REASONS, $10.00 to my Sister JOSEPHINE PERMENTER, wife of P. P. PERMENTER, $10.00 to my Sister LIZZIE COLLINS, wife of JOHN COLLINS, $10.00 to my Brother CALVIN REASONS, $10.00 and to the heirs of my Brother JOE REASONS $10.00 and to the heirs of my Sister ANN LOYD wife of BILL LOYD $10.00.

Third I give bequeath and devise to my Beloved nephews, EVIN REASONS, LEROY REASONS, FRED REASONS, WILLIE REASONS, TOM REASONS, FRAZIER REASONS, and ALSIE REASONS, all being sons of my Brother BILLIE REASONS, all other personal Property except the $10.00 each which I have given to my aforesaid Brothers and Sisters.

Fourth I also give will bequeath and Devise to my said nephews all being Sons of my Brother BILLY REASONS, absolutely, all of my real estate of every kind and character and where ever Situated that I now own or may own at the time of my death.

It being my intention to give and by these presents do give will and bequeath to my said nephews all being sons of my Brother BILLY REASONS, all property of every kind that I may die possessed of except the $10.00 given by me to each of my Brother and Sister all my said nephews to share equally with each other in all things hereby given to them by me.

Fifth I hereby name by beloved nephew, FRED REASONS Son of my Brother BILLY REASONS executor without being required to give Bond as required by law.
