Will of Laura Ray - Dated 7 Dec 1922

I, MRS. LAURA RAY do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First, I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor;

Secondly: I desire that my estate consisting of moneys, notes and every thing that I may die possessed of be equally divided share and share alike between the following kin; namely: MRS. ADA LOVE one share; the heirs of IDA JONES one share; WILLIE BEASLEY one share; MRS. ALLIE NEEDHAM one share; JOE RAY's heirs one share; COLUMBUS RAY's heirs one share; ALICE McGEE one share; FANNIE FEATHERSTON one share; SALLIE APRAY's heirs one share; DORA KIRBY's heirs one share; MRS. ROME WARREN one share; MRS. OSCAR WARREN one share; and ARTHUR RAY one share.

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint W. H. JONES my executor. In witness whereof, I do to this, my will set my hand, this, the 7th day of December, 1922.
