Last Will and testament of ZILPHIA RANDLE
Alamo, Tennessee January 5, 1932

Know all me by these presents, that I, ZILPHIA RANDLE, being of sound mind and Disposing memory do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void any and all wills heretofore made by me.

First: I Direct that all my Just debts be paid as soon after my death as practical.

Second: It is further my will, that after my Just Debts are paid, all of my property both personal and real, be disposed of and the proceeds Divided Equally among my five children, one fifth (1/5) to my Daughter EUNICE E. BRANCH, one fifth (1/5) to my son JOE S. RANDLE, one fifth (1/5) to my son, A. BERT RANDLE, one fifth (1/5) to my Daughter VERLIE J. CONLEY, one fifth (1/5) to my Daughter NOLA L. CONLEY, if living at my Death, otherwise their one fifth (1/5) interest in my estate will be Divided equally among his or her heirs.

Signed and sealed this the fifth Day of January Nineteen Hundred thirty two.
