Will of Harry Orman Raines - Dated 15 Mar 1923

I, HARRY ORMAN RAINES, a resident citizen of Crockett County Tennessee being of sound and disposing mind and memory, hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time hereto-fore made.

1 � I give, devise and bequeath unto my two children, EVA FLORENCE RAINES and MONTIE SHEFOLD RAINES, my policy of life insurance, No. 208305, in the Fraternal Aid Union, of Lawrence Kansas, for the sum on one thousand dollars, and hereby direct that the same be paid to them, to share and share alike.

11 � I hereby nominate and appoint their mother, ANNA CAROLINE RAINES, guardian and trustee, for the said EVA FLORENCE RAINES, and MONTIE SHEFOLD RAINES, and hereby authorize and direct that said insurance be paid to her as such guardian and trustee, for the benefit of said minor children. And having full faith in her honesty and integrity, I hereby excuse her from giving bond and security as required by law and also excuse her from making any report or settlement with any Court whatever.
