I, MARY J. PUGH do make and publish this my last Will and Testament...

First: I give bequeath and convey to my father J. G. KEE in trust for my two children, MARTHA CORNELIA PIERCE and WILLIAM NORMAN PUGH my tract of land situated in the first Civil district of Crockett County. It being the land I bought from R. J. WALKER. My Father, the said J. G. KEE, as Trustee for my said children, shall manage rent out and control said land as he my deem proper and for the best interest of my children... I want my children to recieve as liberal education as it is possible for them to get with the means in the hands of my Trustee... In case either of said children should die before reaching the age of 21 years, the survivor is to take all of said land or the proceeds of the land in case it has been sold.

Second: I direct that all of my personal property be sold by my Executor and after my debts have been paid, the remainder of the proceeds I direct to be used for the benefit of said children, each to have an equal share...

Third: I desire that my Father also act a guardian for my daughter MARTHA CORNELIA and manage the tract of land which she owns.

Fourth: I nominate my Father J. G. KEE (JOHN was written then crossed out) the Executor...
