Will of J. W. PRIVETT - Probated March 4, 1943 I, J. W. PRIVETT, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament... Mentions: To my beloved wife, NANCY L. PRIVETT, all of my property, both real and personal... To my son, H. OSCAR PRIVETT, 30 acres off the north end of my farm, known as the POSTON land... Five Hundred dollars to the Johnson's Grove Missionary Baptist Church, of which I am now a member. Two Hundred and Fifty dollars to the Providence Missionary Baptist Church for the maintenance of the Providence Cemetery. To my son JIMMIE R. PRIVETT, 35 acres of land lying along the west side of my POSTON tract... also all of my land lying East of Highway 54, which is about 10 acres, next to my BROCK tract of land. To my daughter ANNIE LEE PRIVETT, a tract of about 25 acres, the balance of my BROCK tract... provided that she does not return to live with her present husband [name not given] from whom she is now separated. Also all of my household furniture remaining at the death of my said wife. Executrix: my wife, MRS. NANCY L. PRIVETT.
