Will of J. T. PRIVETT - Probated Dec. 29, 1934 I, J. T. PRIVETT of Crockett County, Tennessee do make and publish this as my last will and testament... Mentions: To my wife, MOLLIE PRIVETT, all of my estate... I direct that my daughter ADDIE COLVETT make her home with my wife free from any Board and my daughter ADDIE shall adminiser to the needs of my wife as much as her strength and ability will afford and I direct that she be allowed $60 per year for her service in careing for her mother... I direct that the contract I have made with JIM KLYCE in regard to makeing a crop on my Place this year be carried out as I have contracted... Executors: my sons, TOM PRIVETT, JOE PRIVETT and FREEMAN PRIVETT. At the death of my wife my executors to sell all of my property...and the proceeds to be equally divided with TOM PRIVETT, JOE PRIVETT, FREEMAN PRIVETT, ADDIE COLVETT, KATIE LEE SIMMONS.
