I WILLIAM R. PHILLIPS of J. WILLIAM RANDOLPH PHILLIPS of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee do make and appoint this my last will and Testament In maner and form following to witt in the first Place I will and devise to my beloved wife SARAH FRANCIS the House and Plantation whereon I now live on together with all the House Hold and Kitcheon furnature of every Description allso one milk cow colled pide red and white crumpled Horned allso all the notes and Acpts and money that I Die seasad and possest off Lastly I Constitute and appoint my friend FERDINAND PEDIGO HALL Executor of this my last will and Testament In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this 22 day of June 1886.
