Will of W. G. Perry

I, W. G. PERRY, of Crockett County Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.

1: I direct that all my debts be paid by my executrix, and executor as soon after my death as possible.

2: I direct that as soon after my death that my executrix executor and the rest of my children as desired sell my farm as they think best. I further desire that my daughter MRS. ALLIE SIMMONS have first chance or bid if she desires. I also want MRS. ALLIE SIMMONS to have One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) extra of the proceeds of said farm, for caring for me in my old age, the remainder to be equally divided among my children.

3: I appoint my daughter MRS. ETHEL PERRY WARREN and my son J. W. PERRY jointly to my executrix and executor of this will.
