Know all men by these Presents that are now concerned or may hereafter become concerned - That I John Etta Perry in view of the certainly of Death: and the uncertainty of life; Being in proper state of Mind and competent to make a Will, Do make this my last will and Testament hereby making void all others made by me.

1st. I order that all debts that I may owe, be paid:

2nd: I Will and give and bequeath to my Daughter, WILLIE VAUGHN and CORINE her Daughter all the personal and real estate that I may die siezed and possessed of: Should one die" the other one left alive" takes or holds all of said estate:

I hereby Constitue and appoint WILLIE VAUGHN my Executrix to this my last Will and Testament and request the Court to allow her to qualify without being required to give bond.
