I R. G. PERMENTER of Crockett County State of Tennessee, having a sound mind do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making null all other wills made by me.

First It is my will that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor hereinafter named.

Second I give and bequeath unto my wife, MARY PERMENTER, to have absolute use and control and benefit of my farm, except the McIVER farm. It is also my will that my dughter ALICE McMILLAN shall have the benefit of the farm known as the McIVER farm, or be allowed to live on said place during her widowhood or my wifes lifetime; It is my will that my wife MARY PERMENTER shall have all my personal property that I may die in possession of at the time of my death after my Just debts are paid.

Third I hereby nominate my son EUGENE PERMENTER to be executor of my last will and testament to execute the foregoing provisions of this will with out giving bond for the same. It is my will that after my wifes death, MARY PERMENTER that my property or land be sold in such way and manner as a majority of my lawful heirs may see fit and the proceeds, derived there from, said sale shall be equally divided among all my surviving children or their legal heirs or representatives.

In testimoney I R. G. PERMENTER have this day subscribed my name to this my last will and testament. Given under my hand this August 9th 1907.
