I, M. D. PEARSON of my own free will and accord, being in possession of all my faculties, do make and set forth my last will and testament:

(1) To WM. H. PEARSON, his life and then to his two children, WILLIAM and MARGARET, I do give and beqeath 50 acres of land, on the corner of the WILKES land, on which he now resides.

(2) I give and bequeath to THOS. C. PEARSON, his life time, and then to his five children, - PAULINE --- ERHEL --- BELLE --- FRANKIE and ROMA the 50 acres of land on which he resides.

(3) And to ED PEARSON, the 50 acres of land on which he resides and to his children.

(4) And to J. W. PEARSON, his land on which he resides.

(5) And to MRS. LYDE MOSS, wife of CIEF MOSS, 50 acres of land, back of THOS. C. PEARSON and WILL PEARSON, to her life time, then to her children.

(6) They are to pay, each of the[m], to MRS. MATTIE JARMAN, my daughter, the sum of $125.00 a piece.

(7) The furniture I have in possession at my death is to go to J. W. PEARSON and J. W. PEARSON is to pay my burial expenses.

I acknowledge this my last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned witnesses.
