Will of Robert T. Patrick - Dated 11 Feb 1931

I, ROBERT T. PATRICK, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

I - If at the time of my demise my daughter HAZELL, has not attained her majority, it is my wish that my good friend, B. H. YOUNG be appointed as her guardian.

II - As guardian, certain Insurance money will come into his hands and as to this money it is my desire that it be invested in real estate for the use and benefit of my said daughter, but in selecting this real estate I desire that it be such as to furnish a comfortable home for both my daughter and my mother. It is my desire that the guardian of my daughter arrange with my mother to have the custody and care of HAZELL and for that reason I want the money to be invested in a place that will be suitable for them to make their home at least while HAZELL is a minor.

III - If the guardian cannot legally invest said money as suggested above, it is my desire that he apply to a court having jurisdiction of the matter for authority to invest said money in accordance with my wishes expressed above.
