I, J. F. PARK, of Friendship, Crockett County, Tenn. do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

(1) - I direct that all just debts, including funeral and burial expenses, and expenses of administration, be paid by my executrix out of the first money, that may come into her hands.

(2) I give, devise and bequeath to my wife M. M. PARK the tract of land, consisting of 30 acres where I now live, including my residence, together with all of my household goods and furniture, and my former residence and 100 acres of land that goes with same, or on which same is located. Also all my personal property.

(3) - I hereby appoint my wife, M. M. PARK, executrix without bond, This 27th day of March 1922
