I JOEL NUNN, being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament...

Mentions:

Youngest son, NATHAN W. NUNN, to have one bed and stead bolster 2 pillows and slips Two sheets Two quilts one counter pin one Cow & Paid calf to make him equal with the rest... also part of my homestead tract of land (will contains a detailed description of said tract of land).

It is my will that my six grand children my daughter POLLEY FEWELL'S children should have Seventy five dollars a piece as the children come of age...

It is also my will that my children JAMES H., ANDREW, JOHN C. W., W. R., NEWTON J., NATHAN W. NUNN my sons and MARY A. JORDON my daughter should share equal portions of my estate.

Mentions wife SARAH L. NUNN

I now appoint my two sons JAMES H. NUNN my oldest son and JOHN C. W. NUNN departed this life 25th October 1875. I appoint N. W. NUNN in his place (as Exectors).

Codicil to will, dated 24 Apr 1873, names present wife REBECCA NUNN formerly the widow of DR. MACKLIN... and now, I JOEL NUNN... do wish and direct that if I die before my present wife REBECCA NUNN that she have the bed and furniture and bed stead she brought with her and five chairs trunks and books... also the buggy and horst to pull it... 500 pounds of pork fifteen barrels of corn 25 pounds of coffee 50 pounds sugar 1 barrel flour and the rents and effects arising from the sale of any of her former property...
