Will of R. D. Norville - Dated 3 Nov 1919

Be it known and remembered that I R. D. NORVILLE, a person of sound mind and judgement do hereby make the following disposal of my property, at my death my wife MRS. CORNELIA NORVILLE, is to have all the personal property, to sell or use as she may see fit, she is to have a life time right in my home place, with the understanding that she takes care of my daughter ZULA, at MRS. CORNELIA NORVILLE death, if she should die before ZULA NORVILLE should die, then the said ZULA NORVILLE is to have the home place until ZULA's death then at her death, said place is to be divided or sold, and proceeds given to my children and their heirs. If the said ZULA NORVILLE should marry after MRS. CORNELIA NORVILLE's death, then said land is to be divided, or sold and proceeds given to my children, and their heirs said ZULA NORVILLE receiving a childs part, the said MRS. CORNELIA NORVILLE is to collect all accounts due me, and pay all my debts. I hereby appoint MRS. CORNELIA NORVILLE, Executrix to this will without bond.
