Known all men by these present that I MRS. LILLIE D. NANCE, Widow of P. B. NANCE do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making Void any and all wills and Codicils heretofore made by me at any time.

First: I direct that all my just debts be paid.

Second; To my niece MRS. LOTTIE BANDY, I give will and device in fee simple the residence where I now live, the same being situated in Alamo Tennessee, and on the north by Highway 20, East by Burns Street, On the South by Pitman, on the west by GM & NRR.

I hereby give devise & will in fee simple the above discribed lot and all improvements to my said niece, MRS. LOTTIE BANDY. I very strongly urge her to never put any Mortage on the property but this is by my recommendation only.

The above last will and testament of MRS. LILLIE NANCE was by the said MRS. LILLIE NANCE signed in our sight and presence, and was read to her in our presence and acknowledged by her to be her last will and testament, and thereafter at her request and in her sight and presence and in the sight and presence of each other, we have signed our names as witness to this will.
