I, J. B. MOSS, of Crockett County and State of Tennessee, being of sound mind, and good memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other by me at any time made.

First � I direct that all just debts, together with my funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Second � I give and bequeath to my beloved wife LUDIE MOSS all the residue and remainder of my Estate, both real and personal during her life time, and at her death the same to be divided equally among my five children � namely MARY, RAPHAEL, JEE, WILSON and ALSIE, and if either of these children should die before my said wife the surviving ones shall share equally the part of the deceased.

Third and Lastly � I do hereby nominate W. A. WAINWRIGHT my Executor.

In witness whereof I do to this my last Will set my hand on this the 1st day of May 1920.
