Will of Margreat C. Jacocks Morris - Dated 6 Jun 1884

Know all men by these presents that I, M. C. JACOCKS of the City of Bells County of Crockett State of Tenn. Being of sound mind do here by make this my last Will and testament, revoking any former will, made by me to the contray.

I give bequeath and desire to my mother & neice C. F. JACOCKS MAGREAT LOU DENNER JACOCKS all of my property wich I own at my death.

Land monies notes that I may Own that I may die possed of after paying any and all of my legal indepedss and my Funeral expences.

I give to mother & neice C. F. JACOCKS MARGREAT LOU DENNER JACOCKS after my debts an funeral expenses are paid all the property real of personal that I may die seized and possed of with the Exception that I want my neice and nephew to have five dollars each
BETTIE JACOCKS $5.00 five dollars
GUSSIE JACOCKS $5.00 five dollars

I here by apoint my mother & neice wich is living my exeutx to carry out his my last will and testament. In witness whereof I here to fix my hand and seal this June 6th 1884.
